Medingenuity specializes in Business Development for Healthcare. Unlike ad agencies that pursue physician groups, ASCs and hospitals as a new revenue source for their agency, Medingenuity includes the expertise of three MBAs that are specialized in the niche of healthcare.
Bob Reznik is the founder and president of Prizm Development Inc. which is the nation’s leader in spine center of excellence development. Over the past 20 years, Prizm has worked in 48 of the 50 states helping spine physicians and health systems improve how they care for back and neck pain with a Center of Excellence approach. Many of these spine centers were in turn featured in national media like Fortune Magazine, Forbes, NBC Today Show, CNN, etc.
Over the years, other specialty practices across a variety of medical specialties like urology, pain management and orthopedics — as well as Ambulatory Surgery Centers — all wanted to access Prizm’s specialized expertise in referral development, direct to consumer communication, Internet site development, search engine visibility, database systems and clinical outcomes.
Consequently, Prizm Development, Inc. created a spin off company called MedIngenuity, LLC to provide services to non-spine healthcare entities. Medingenuity, accordingly, specializes in Business Development for Healthcare.
While Reznik’s main activities are directing Prizm Development, Inc., he also lends expertise to the core staff of Medingenuity.
Reznik holds an MBA specialized in healthcare and quality management systems. He has authored four books on healthcare subjects and is a nationally recognized expert and speaker on center of excellence development. He was chosen by the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS), World Research Group, the International Spinal Intervention Society (ISIS) and other groups as a speaker on center of excellence development.
Reznik has more than 30 years experience in healthcare practice development. Over the past decade, Reznik has worked in 48 of the 50 states, and internationally, helping physician groups and hospitals improve the quality of care they provide to patients, as well as their competitive position in the local marketplace.
On the health side, Reznik has completed 4 marathons (26.2 miles), and more than 25 half marathons (13.1 miles), at least one each year for the last 13 years. With his sons, he also completed a Marine Corp Mudrun (6.2 miles through mud and obstacles with boots and fatigues). He received a golf scholarship through college, and continues to play golf as well as tennis competitively.
John Reznik has been at MedIngenuity from the start and currently acts as Chief Technology Officer. John is responsible for Internet site architecture, planning and development, online https secure server systems, development of email marketing systems and all of MedIngenuity's expanding technology areas.
John has a Masters in Business Administration Degree (MBA) specialized in healthcare from University of North Texas which is one of the few universities in Texas offering MBAs specialized in the healthcare niche. Before completing his MBA, he completed a Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma where he was named to the President’s Honor Roll for several semesters for a 4.0 average, and graduated with honors.
On the personal side, John is a proficient snowboarder, hunts, golfs and enjoys working out in the gym. In 2010, John completed a Marine Corp Mudrun (6.2 miles through mud and obstacles with boots and fatigues).
Andrew Reznik has an MBA degree (Master of Business Administration) from the University of North Texas. He was also a Magna Cum Laude graduate of University of Texas at Tyler with BA in Business Adminstration with a marketing emphasis.
At MedIngenuity, Andrew is responsible for managing client relationships and is involved with website design and development, print marketing materials, and intergration of social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Over the past two years, Andrew has directed several marketing campaigns for healthcare clients. He is proficient with Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Andrew had a partial scholarship at University of Texas at Tyler, where he played on the tennis team for three years. In his sophomore year, Andrew was ranked #7 in the nation in Division III men's doubles and earned "NCAA All American" status.
While at University of Texas at Tyler, Andrew founded the first chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at the university, serving as Treasurer and Vice President. As a founder, he had to secure donations from alumni and other donors for the start up costs, and complete the necessary steps for national certification of the chapter.
Andrew still plays tennis and is active in golf, disc golf, running, and exercising in the gym.
